Bought these for my wife. We are road cyclists, 4000-6000 mi/yr. She chooses to wear them on the coldest days instead of her old Pearl Izumi lobster claws with liners. We ride in the high 30's if the sun is out. In the high 30's she says her hands are cold in these gloves. However, she is very sensitive to cold hands, and apparently she is not cold enough to stop riding in the 30's. 40 degrees and up, she brags about these gloves.

I should point out that we are in our late 50's and cold all the time. Days we would have ridden in shorts ten years ago, we now ride in full leg cover.

I also bought her a pair of Gores. She sent them back (too inflexible). Apparently these are a pretty good mix of warmth and flexibility.

Small was big enough for her, and she is not a small person. 5'7"

Overall, happy with the purchase. If I could find a warmer glove she could wear and still apply the brakes, I would buy it. But I don't know of any.
