The attached garters are well attached, and metal instead of plastic. It was true to fit, the 3x fit me well, though it was a little short torsoed for me. The package it came in was on a fancy hanger covered in thick plastic, then folded gently and put in a very large box.

It's still a little too short in the back to use for anything practical like a Halloween party (unless your friends are freaks like mine), and it's too good of quality to let your boyfriend rip it off you. The cup size is very generous, but due to the kind of short torso size, its not very supportive, but would still accommodate in excess of 38DDD as long as you're not too shy.
