I got this for this years rifle season and with intention for a few late season bow hunts. One of my times out this fall it came a downpour while I was up in my stand. When I made it back to the cabin and stripped down I was not only sweating because this thing was warm but I was bone dry. Coupled with a pair of Yukon Gear Bibs and some good waterproof boots and you will keep yourself warm and dry on even the coldest, wettest days. My only concern is when I go back to bow hunt if the parka will be too loud, but you'll have that many times with actual waterproof material.
